Payment

LuLu CoCo Designs accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards through PayPal. You do

not need a PayPal account to use this service. If you have a PayPal account or choose to open an account, you may

also transfer funds from a bank account into your PayPal account to use as payment.

As a courtesy, please pay as soon as possible after checkout. Payment is required within 3 days or the transaction

will be cancelled and items relisted.

*** Please make sure that your addresses are the same with both Etsy and PayPal. If not, we will have to confirm

the correct address and your shipment could be delayed. If after attempting to confirm the address we do not

receive a response, we will ship to the the address on file with Etsy.

All orders are shipped the SAME or NEXT BUSINESS DAY via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days delivery).

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS INCLUDED. If you require faster shipping, please contact us.

Once the package is delivered to the USPS, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Please

purchase shipping insurance for your protection. Contact us for prices.

times vary depending on country). If you require faster shipping, please contact us and we will quote you a price for

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery).

All duties and/or taxes incurred are the buyer's responsibility. Once the package is delivered to the USPS, we are

not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Please purchase shipping insurance for your protection.

We have a very simple return policy. If for any reason, you decide that the piece of jewelry just isn't quite what you

were looking for, please contact us. We will make it right immediately, whether it be a return or an exchange. We

are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges.
